Called for emergency service, they came out that day, no emergency service fees. Got me a quote back within 48 hours and they are scheduled to come out this week. So far, great service and customer friendly!

I've already used Cricket Residential Electricians twice, and they've done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Connor is a nice person who is professional, hardworking, and adaptable. He replaced my house's electrical panel and offered me the most excellent price. I had to leave to go to work for the electrical panel replacement, but I had no concerns about leaving him alone in my house. Cricket Residential Electricians will be my go-to electrician in the future. I absolutely loved their service! I will definitely recommend them to others.

They charged me $250 to put in a plug directly under a light switch and then left a hole in the wall behind it.

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

If you are in need of electrical services you will be very happy with the work performed by the Mighty Electricians. Our house needed ceiling lighting and switches added to our family room and kitchen. The professionalism and service provide was outstandi!! The work performed exceeded our expectations. The new lighting makes the rooms look like they where remodeled.

They also added the necessary 110 v and 220v electrical receptacles to our garage 8 years ago. The work performed was outstanding that is why iwhen we need an electrician we call Mighty Electricians

We really appreciated that they were able to come out so quickly, but that's all I can say about them that is positive.There was a knock at the door (it's evening and dark) and when I open the door, the guy from Penguin is standing there. He doesn't say a word. No hello I am from Penguin or you called for your AC? nothing. I stepped aside and he walked into the home and went to the thermostat which is in the hallway not far from the front door. Then he just stood there and looked at me.I explained the issue and told him the easiest way to get on the roof was from the front. He went up, without talking, was up there for a few minutes then came back down.He showed us images that he took but they were all blurry and we couldn't tell what he was showing us. Then he spoke! He said it would be $4500 to fix the problem or $15,000 to replace the unit and that with $1000 right now, he would charge the unit so we could have some cooling until Saturday when he would install. It was Thursday.We didn't appreciate him at all. It was evident he didn't want to be there and was likely on call. He seemed upset and then when we said we would think about it (it was 89 inside our house at the time) he just left. When the next repair guy came to do an estimate, he mentioned there were several screws just sitting around the unit. That guy (who we didn't end up using) went back up to the roof and put all the screws back in that the Penguin guy had left out.So all in all, a bad experience which was not what we were expecting. We don't even know the guys name.UPDATE: I contacted them at the number they provided. It's a generic CSR number and they assured me they would pass on my information to address this review. Nobody has returned that call, it's been two weeks.
