When I first used them they were excellent. This time they were incredibly expensive and much of what they did had to be redone by others

Redid my panel did a professional job I have no electricity problems anymore I recommend him to everyone in my family he is a very good electrician and I'm happy to have on working in my house

I was very pleased with Mr. Electric. Mr. Mauricio Orozco arrived promptly as scheduled and worked quickly and carefully. When one of the lights I was having installed had a broken glass he cheerfully came back later in the day to install the replacement.
I was very satisfied with the Mr. Electric Company and Orozco in particular.

I travel for a living and having someone meet as scheduled is important. I was originally referred to TAB and have since referred others.

Three jobs later and I have already scheduled a 4th.

1st job - 4 surveillance camera install, auto lighting install
2nd job - sensor lights, outdoor switches install, wifi switches install
3rd job - new hidden plug/flat screen install, repair smoke detector wiring

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

We had REEDCO come out to do an estimate on some work for a house we just purchased that had some shady electrical work done previously. They were consummate professionals from the first call until they walked out the door. Our technician was so knowledgeable but also very frank and honest about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it meant for us. He spent over two hours going through everything to understand the issues we were having and what we needed to do to fix them. I will 100% call them anytime I need any electrical help in the future and so appreciate how kind they were.

I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. Highly recommend!

I had Phoenix Electricians out to my house on a Saturday. Joe showed up ready to work. I showed him the problem I was having with my fuse (a short of some kind kept breaking the circuit--it would not reset). He diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to the ceiling fan in my living room.

He took care of business as well as answering a few additional questions I had.

Very professional and courteous. A pleasure to do business with.

Unfortunately, the very next day, the same fuse popped again. I went to the breaker and reset it, and it DID reset and has been working fine the last 36 hours. I plan to speak to the company about the issue and see what they will do. Based on their reputation, I predict they will take care of business with no fuss, at which point, I will change this review to 5 stars.

THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

I hired Alex to install some vanity lights, a kitchen light and pendant lights on very high ceilings. He did a wonderful job and was professional and reliable...which is very rare these days:) His prices are very competitive, too. I highly recommend Alex!

I've used Coppertown Electric for years for multiple homes and they have always been very prompt to get me on the schedule and quickly fix my problem!

Never showed up for the initial estimate/appointment and never called.

Armando came out to cap off electric as part of a tub/shower conversion. The shower instal lead had suggested moving the electric since it was a dedicated breaker. Armando checked out what would be involved, priced out the difference and finished what was necessary for the shower install to proceed. Armando had other clients scheduled, so he honored those appointments (good customer service ?) and came back with supplies needed to move the outlet to outside. He also solved a long nagging problem with a bad sensor in the shower pot light. (Great customer service!??)
