We had a moderate sized install job—a few outdoor outlets, lights, and switches. Ashley and the office staff were fantastically responsive and professional throughout, even calling to get us scheduled earlier than planned when an opening popped up. Bryce and the install team were timely, clean, professional, communicative, and did good work. They were even great with the kids, showing our 4yo all of the tools they were using. Highly recommend all around.

When it was apparent that there was an issue that required repair, we made an appointment. They were communicative and on time. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. JD Master Electric has done replacement, repair and installation for several items and areas in my home. He recently installed a transformer, relocated the automatic watering system box and installed the electrical box for all to be plugged into correctly. I will also add that he updated and brought all the electrical requirements to code in each case. My older home was way off in being legal! We needed a Tesla charger plug installed ASAP and they came out within 2 days of calling them. They were affordable and fast but best of all, the job looks great. They were awesome from start to finish and we will use them again!

My washing machine was broken; it wouldn't spin or drain the water at all. I was really bummed because I definitely didn't have the funds to buy a new machine. My Mom actually saw Gabe's company, One Shot Installation on Yelp, and told me to contact him since he had such wonderful reviews. I honestly wish Google had the option for six stars because even his Yelp reviews didn't do him justice for how incredible he is. He arrived within half an hour after I initially called him, was incredibly polite and professional and almost immediately diagnosed the issue with my machine. He worked diligently for almost two hours on my washing machine and his company was such a pleasure. He was incredibly accommodating with not only my schedule but also my payment options, (my Mom was helping me pay but she is out of State).
