SCAM ARTISTS!There’s a reason they will come out that day. They want to scam you.$10,000 bid for an $800 job? AND a polished sales presentation? Fortunately, this is not my first rodeo. I pity someone who isn’t knowledgeable.The technician did know his stuff. Seemed like a nice guy. He needs to work elsewhere.

Max and Zack were at my house to install an EV charger. They did an amazing job and were outstanding in all aspects of the install. Very good company for ev charger installs.

Amazing service, very professional. Max came into my house and i forgot to put my dog up, but he loved on her to make her feel comfortable. Then got to work on a couple of bad Fuse's. Super quick, and very reliable. I will go to him for all of my issues now, way better than waiting for 3 days for some other company to possibly try and show up. He said he would be there within a few hours and kept me up to date with texts and calls. That's real service right there.

Klock’s came the same day to replace some faulty breakers and saved us a ton of money by connecting us with a supply company that exchanged the faulty breakers for new ones at no cost due to their arrangement with the manufacturer. They also sent someone to come out promptly in the evening after they had closed when we realized the breaker tied to our fridge wasn’t set up correctly. Our last electrician wasn’t able to come for a few weeks out and would have charged us $70 each for 16 breakers. Klock’s will be our go to electrician from now on!

We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.

Very responsive staff and very timely service. Molitor took the time to understand our needs and to complete the job in the best manner possible. We will rely on them again when we have another electrical need!!

Eric Felan and field Electricians Brian Laney and Dustin did an excellent job for a commercial job that we needed on very short notice. We understand many companies are often backlogged and are unable to perform jobs on short notice, so we don't expect Dial One to always be able to react so fast...but we're thankfully that they did this time!We were basically stood up by another electric company that had very poor communication skills, but we won't bash that company, instead we just want highlight how well Dial One communicated with us, promptly came out to survey the job, and then executed the job. Brian and Dustin were professional and had great customer service!The work we needed was to replace 4 old school light fixtures with 6 energy saving LED lights, all on a 33 foot ceiling. These guys were initially willing to do the job on a short scissor lift, but at the last minute we were able to rent a 32 foot lift to make job safer and more do-able.Our lights look great and the job these guys did was excellent. I definitely recommend this company and I will reach back out to them for future jobs we may have.

I called Dunman on Tuesday 9/11/18 to get a quote for installing two ceiling fans I had purchased. Both my mother and brother used them around 6 years ago so I didn't even think to look them up online first - this was my first mistake. The receptionist, Becky, was incredibly nice and told me that they charge $95 per fan if there is already existing blocking, or $120 per fan if there is no blocking. This seemed like a reasonable price, so I scheduled the installation for 9/14/18 and was very pleased they were able to fit me in so quickly. My second mistake was not getting these prices in writing.I scheduled the time frame for 10am-12pm because I have two roommates that work late and sleep in, but I got a call at 9 am that the technicians would be there in 15 minutes. They were at the house 5 minutes later. Thankfully, my roommate woke up to my call to let them in and my parents were able to get to the house quickly to meet them. It was a bit stressful and I had spend 15 minutes of work time dealing with it, but I let it go because I know these things happen.Then, when the technicians started they did not place any sort of plastic down under the first fan so my roommate's bed, dressers, and floor was COVERED in insulation (which had fiberglass in it) and drywall dust. They shook out her comforter and vacuumed the floor when they were done, but they still left a huge mess and we had to to a much more extensive cleaning later before she could sleep that night.Next, there was an issue with the fan blades. The fan blades had two sides with different colors. They installed them black side down without asking which color we preferred. This was partially our mistake for not making clear which side to do before they started, but when asked to flip them they said, Well I picked the black side because it matched the furniture. It is not a technician's job to decide which color blade looks better in someone else's house. He then said it would be another $80 to flip the blades. This was quite annoying but, again, I just let it go and figured I would just figure out how to flip them later.But then came time to pay. They finished and said the total was $569.That is well over double the price I was told. They said they charged $170/hour, it took 3 hours, and there was an extra fee because I had not had any blocking for the fans. Unfortunately, my mom did not realize what they had quoted me and filled out a blank check I had left.They also left their ladder in the garage, as well as the old lights and trash from the ceiling fan packaging in piles in the rooms.I was still at work but I immediately called back the office and relayed everything that had happened to the receptionist to figure out what was going on. She told me she would pass my complaints on to a manager, who would get in contact with me after she talked to the technicians. I called back after an hour of not hearing from them. The receptionist informed me my case had been escalated to the owner and he would get in contact with me, however he was at an electrical emergency and it may not be until later that afternoon before I heard from him. I never heard from him. At this point I put a stop payment on the check so it would not be cashed before I had a chance to talk to Craig.I had to call them back myself Monday. When I finally got in touch with him he informed me that while, yes, his receptionist had told me $120 per fan, the lowest he would go for the service was $450. $125 per fan installation plus $100 per fan for the blocking.I would strongly advise anyone looking for an electrician to look elsewhere. There are plenty of honest companies in Austin. If you insist on using Dunman, make sure you get everything in writing. In the end, I agreed to this price to just get all of this behind me and to keep from missing any more work, not because I thought it was fair or just. I truly hope Craig and everyone else at Dunman learns from this experience and starts treating their customers like fellow human beings.

Chris and Elliot were great. Both were friendly and personable as well as being professional and thorough. They worked hard fixing an awkward problem (a dining room chandelier had pulled out of an 18 foot ceiling!)and went the extra mile making sure things were done well and to our satisfaction. Malco can be proud of these two men.

Installed my stove just in the nick of time for Thanksgiving. Quick, Nice, Fast! And cleaned up after they were done!

He came out the same day and installed light fixture for me. He was knowledgeable and did a quality job at a reasonable price. He even switched out a bulb that had gone out. Thanks

AC Electric is super. I needed a circuit breaker replaced for my AC compressor. Mike Short showed up after closing hours and had it installed in a few minutes.

I asked them to put in a fresh outlet. Our panel was inexperienced, yet they had the answers and finished the task in two hours. You couldn't even tell they were there as they cleaned up! They were very courteous, competent, and effective. I highly suggest them.
