Technician was Robert Alford who arrived on time and reviewed the HVAC unit and install new filter. We purchased a contract for service twice a year for the heating and air maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did.

Techs were OK with install but I was charged a deposit and then the full amount of the AC unit. i.e. close to $3,000 more than expected. I called to have refund on May 8, nothing has appeared in my account and manager has not called as requested. This is costing me money. Bad management.

I called Indigo after receiving a bid from another company. The bid was less than 1/2 of the bid from the other company and Indigo came 5 days faster. When there is no hot water in your home it seems like an emergency. Indigo treated my situation like an emergency. After scheduling the repair they came on time, worked with my HOA for a temporary water shut off and installed the water heater. I had hot water within 3 days of calling. I would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs. They are the best.
