Whole company has perfect customer service, request appointment online just few hours later I got call back, schedule appointment in coming week, also they will offer me an early appointment if they have openings. And then today the day before the scheduled, I got call back they filled me in , also 30mins service remind with Technician info in email. When the electrician comes, they wearing mask with checking list, try to knowledge me everything, try to explain every question I have. No push sale!! everything done nicely in same day. After service 30mins later receive a follow up phone call. Whole process is so smooth, professional and responsive. I would give them 5 star, 100% recommended.Forgot mention the name, Joe LaCombe and his coworker help me out today! Really appreciate.

DJ Cooke from Max Electrical Services left our house so much better than it was before. He replaced two 50 year old bathroom combo heater/light fixtures, figured out why our outdoor lighting system (which had been installed 15 years ago) wasn't working, fixed it and also made it much simpler to use. He explained everything patiently. The charges were lower than I expected even though it took two guys many hours to fix everything on our list (switches, outlets, other light fixtures...). When I offered to write a review, DJ said the owner, Mr. Maxwell, was unusually knowledgeable and that he was a great guy to work with. I would recommend Max Electrical Services to anyone.

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. Called Dunman, late in the day without expectation that they would be able to service until the next day. Becky went out of her way to get a tech to my home to repair an a/c breaker that failed around 1PM, b/c my thermostat sent me a error text, which meant the house was hovering around 88-90 degrees by 4PM. Cody arrived was friendly and explained the issue; made quick work of fixing the problem. Price was reasonable, could I have fixed for less myself ...maybe, but not for less than a hotel stay with A/C, and the hassle of youtubing the install and the replacement part.

Sure miss the way this company used to be.
