Randy was very professional and I would certainly recommend him. He didn't find any problems that might cause the popping sounds - and of course it was not happenimg once he got here. The best thing was that he couldn't find any electrical problem - amd I wasn't charged for the call. Can't beat that!

Tech [Name Kept Private] came out on 5/13/2022, did an inadequate job, which we discussed by phone right after. He was off for the weekend but would email our complaint in, for follow up. It never came. Today, 2 months later, the same issue arose and was addressed by [Name Kept Private]. The issue was the same (a clogged condensate line that raised the float-pump shut off). We paid twice for at least some of the same costs. The phone line into Stan's is impossible. We paid both bills. We have other HVAC sources, so don't see that we will likely pay more bills in the future.
