They were very communicative when it came to arrival time which I greatly appreciate. James was very knowledgeable and tracked down a difficult electrical issue that was a result of a bathroom remodel 15 years prior! They are coming back to install a chandelier in our two-story entry way. I would definitely consider them for future projects.

Can't say enough about my experience with Brock at Grayzer Electric. I found Grayzer via a Google search and contacted them based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed. From the start, Jessica was very informative in setting up the appointment and guiding me in what I would need to consider in the install of a single coachlight over my garage door. Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home. Finally, and as if their incredible service is not enough reason to reach out, Grayzer's prices CANNOT be beat! My partner and I recently purchased our first home in March of 2021. With the market being as insane as it is, it was incredibly overwhelming when we learned we needed to replace our entire breaker panel and change all outlets/switches to CopAlum. After calling over 4 places (to no response or being ghosted) before finding Raptor, I was feeling hopeless. Once I found and called Raptor Electrical Services, they were at our property explaining the best way for us to (affordably) rectify these issues. My partner and I were beyond impressed with the professionalism, communication, and final product. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to electrical work on their home/office!

We had a main breaker issue which kept tripping. I contacted Dial One Electrical services multiple times. Eric helped answer all my questions and he is very patient during the process. They were also able to find the electrician to come to help us with very a short notice. Overall very happy.

I cannot say enough nice things about the quality and professionalism I've experienced from Dunman. Josh has done work on 3 separate occasions for my kitchen remodel and has been great to work with. Becky has always been able to fit me into their calendar at short notice and their prices are very fair. Wish I could say the same about my other contractors, but quality is hard to come by lately.

Personal disagreement.

I wanted to thank the company and the (2) gentlemen that helped me with some light strips that stopped working. Jimmie and Greg were very dedicated and professional and stayed til the job was done, and it wasn't easy. i will definitely call on them if i have any other electrical problems in the future.

I hired Paul to install a ceiling fan and a couple of outlets. He was able to install them quickly and fix some of the previous wiring issues. It's nice to find a reliable electrician in the area who has flexible hours and is willing to take on small jobs.

This was our first time using CCE on a commercial job. The service was scheduled quickly and efficiently. My tenant was very happy with the repair response and the extra knowledge she was given regarding the issue. Thank you CCE! Service job well done.

Once again, Jayden Electric Company has exceeded my expectations. I don't often bring a contractor back to my house, as invariably, they do something to lose my trust, but I would definitely call back Jayden if the need arises. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, courteous, helpful and quick. I could go on and on, and oh, let's not forget, they are totally trustworthy. I can't say enough good about them.

Eric, the technician from Mister Sparky who worked on our project, is a thorough, hard-working and knowledgeable professional whose work reflects extremely positively on himself and Mister Sparky as an organization.The job that we commissioned Mister Sparky for was not trivial as it required involvement from the City of Austin and Austin Energy (yes two different entities), disconnecting power, setting up new infrastructure etc.. Eric took complete ownership of the job and navigated the gauntlet of city inspectors, procured equipment as needed from far and wide and made sure he got the job done. I cannot emphasize or speak highly enough of his work ethic.The only thing I would hold against Mister Sparky as an organisation, is that they are perhaps a bit inexperienced in the workings of Austin Energy and the City regulations. Consequently they might have been somewhat naive going into the job about how complex it would be, primarily on the administrative side.Over the course of the project I had to make several phone calls to Mister Sparky to get status updates and follow up and at times got mixed responses back. Eventually (on the recommendation of someone at Mister Sparky who I do not know), I called the City myself to get the permits moving. Not sure if that helped, but overall Mister Sparky could have handled the communication and coordination better.That said, I would recommend them wholeheartedly on future projects.

Bowne provided prompt, excellent and reasonably priced service for repair of several electrical items damaged by a nearby lightning strike. Could not be more pleased with their response and service.

$300 just to come and give an estimate for work and its not applied to the cost of the work, total rip off
