We are extremely happy that 1st Plumbing was able to help fix a leak above the ceiling in our bathroom--the day we moved in! It was very late on a Saturday but they came through for us! We will be hiring them in the future for additional plumbing needs!

Incredible 1st experience with Abacus - specifically Lawrence from the Electrical team. He was on time, friendly, professional and above all very experienced. He was able to guide us through options, educate us on our situation and provided us with complete piece of mind. I couldn’t be happier with the service and value!

Tech came out 8/25, said would reschedule for 8/30 when he had parts. He did not show or call. I called office and was told they would schedule him for 8/31 and call me to confirm that he had the part. No communication so I called on 9/1. Call desk put me on hold and never came back. I canceled my service call by voice mail.

John and Sam did a great job on my annual heating inspection.

After having a small power outage, I decided to call turbo to check my electrical connections, so I could make my home safe. They were in charge of checking that there were no worn cables, it was a good check, they know what they are doing and they are very agile, I recommend them to keep the electronic equipment and the safety of the family safe.

Tom was great. Friendly, informative and honest. He helped me understand the problem in my sewer lines and explained my options. I will definitely be using their service again. And when possible will request Tom.

The service was straight-forward and quick. The repair was explained and the cost was provided prior to the work. There was no high pressure sales pitch to replace our older system. Our tech answered all of our questions and was very professional.

Really bad service. Booked appointment 2 times and nobody showed up for measurements and when I called there customer service they said they have not booked any appointment and hanged up the phone. If this is how they treet there customers I wonder what they would do after. Really disappointed.
