I love American Electrical and have used them for 11 years, and this is why! Professional and diligent workers all around!

They responded with a quote promptly, called when they should (to set up & confirm), showed up to do the work when they were supposed to, charged what they said they would, and the guys doing the work were SO professional and polite. Danny, Electrician Sales Extrodenair for NH Electric evaluated my kitchen rewiring job and quoted a fair price for my work. Keith Dixon was my electrician and when he arrived, he was a breath of fresh air!! Keith was professional, respectful, and expeditious with his tasks. He put up with all my questions and was pleasant, kind, and cleaned up after himself. I might be new to the area but now I can say I know a guy who knows a guy; and they do electrical work! Thank you NH! I will be back!!!!!!

Excellent electrical contractors

I called Schumann Electric twice for 2 different orders that we had pending. 1.) was to fix a breaker for one of our apartment buildings that went out. I spoke with Tony Carta and he sent out an electrician a few days after in which they charge JUST FOR THE VISIT ALONE without fixing the problem. The technician explained the problem with the breaker and said he needed to order parts to replace it and I asked for a quote to then pay for the service. I never received any quotes or invoices of any kind so that was left in the air. 2.) One of my tenants had an issue with her heater going out as soon as she turned on the stove. She called the city in hopes that the issue would be resolved faster but it delayed the process of us ordering the new breaker and replacing it so we had to resort to calling Schumann once more and the same situation they sent an electrician to see the issue and he explained that we needed to replace the outside breaker. Mind you i explained to them that we are on a time constraint because my tenant did not have any heat in her unit and once she tried to crank it on she basically could not cook. Tony Carta was the one attending all of the calls. Tony did not have a sense of urgency for my situation and i have yet to receive any invoices or quotes from both of those situations. I kept calling Tony to see what was status on the Breaker and he told me I hope you don't call me everyday just to see if the breaker came in. Which was extremely rude because I'm doing my job and making sure i get the work done since they haven't checked back with the previous issue so it was only right I try to get the situation handled and just so i can keep my tenant updated. All in all this company is absolutely TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS. TONY CARTA WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL IN THE WHOLE PROCESS. Once i got my situation fixed Tony called me about 5 days later to tell me that he finally got the part in and i told him that he took too long and we resorted to someone else fixing the breaker and replacing it to which he said to me Do not ever call me again and have fun taking care of those outstanding invoices. Tony Carta is very rude and i recommend that you contract another company because they probably wont do the work unless you call them 24/7. ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL COMPANY

I have worked with 1st Electric Response for over 7 years. Nigel, the owner is friendly and straight forward. The staff are consistent. They have helped me with over 14 homes through out the years. Some jobs have been as simple as replacing electrical outlets to more complex jobs such as running power to a garage apartment. No job is too big or small for this team!

After calling a couple of Electrican companies for 3 items needing repaired - Power and Control - was the most honest and responsive to our inquiries and showed up on time to both the proposal and actual day of work. We needed GFI plugs replaced around entire home, new front porch light installed and new doorbell ringer kit installed. The two technicians arrived on time and had mask on the entire time while completing the invoice. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up behind themselves and took all packaging garbage with them when they were finished. Highly recommended for all electrical work needed on your home or for your business needs..
