100% would recommend David Gray. You always hear those horror stories of people showing up late, price gouging, etc...but Joshua for David Gray was amazing. Courteous and even on time. Made sure I knew the issues at hand and how they were corrected and trouble shooted everything when finished to be sure. Technicians were great, however, I was shocked looking at the cost being very high for the type of job performed. They charged me for 3 hours of labor included the time of departure to the house from their location. Typically service time starts from.time of starting the work, it doesn't include driving time. There was even a delay of 10 minutes from the community gate to get to the house. The scheduling center were not clearly communicating the costs and how they were determined.

I am appreciative of the quick and friendly service.

Matt and Brandon arrived promptly. Early in fact. Replaced a GFI outlet in my garage to my irrigation system. Discussed future work, new lawn lighting, install new electrical outlet by my front door and outside motion detector lighting.

Awesome company. I called them with an urgent need as I was selling a home that needed to be on the market in less than a week. They got out their within 24 hours and did all I needed and more. Their pricing was incredibly fair and way better than anyone else I talked to. They go the job done and did it nicely. Had a great experience with Matt. He was punctual and charged hourly. Let us know his rate up front and worked for the full time we were able to pay for and told us he could provide estimates for the things we just wanted to improve but that weren't critical or urgent. Super nice guy.

They ok don't just quit though the might assume you'll be nobody.

Terrible service. My landlord and I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over a week. I stayed home from work today because I was told we had a 8:30 AM appointment and they never showed up. I then called 2 times to follow and 1 of the 2 I spoke with someone at 10:45 AM and was told he would call me back to figure out the miscommunication and it is not 3:30 PM and I have yet to hear back from them. Use with caution or if you have a job that is flexible and allows you to be at A1's beck and call.
