I own an appliance repair company in Jacksonville and have worked with A-One electrical on several jobs. I was referred to A-1 by a plumber who has worked with A-1 on his jobs. This is a small local business. You are dealing with the owner. He does not have a crew. He is always friendly, prompt and professional. Unlike other electricians that I have worked with, his prices are fair. I am always confident when consulting with him on a project and know that my customers trust the work he does. There is no doubt that I would use A-1 in my own home if I needed work done. I give A-1 my highest recommendation for quality of service, reliable repair, and reasonable price.

Terrible service. My landlord and I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over a week. I stayed home from work today because I was told we had a 8:30 AM appointment and they never showed up. I then called 2 times to follow and 1 of the 2 I spoke with someone at 10:45 AM and was told he would call me back to figure out the miscommunication and it is not 3:30 PM and I have yet to hear back from them. Use with caution or if you have a job that is flexible and allows you to be at A1's beck and call.
Beware! Scheduled service a full week in advance- technician said they were so overloaded it would take a week to get me scheduled in. Did not arrive at scheduled time between 8:30am-12:30pm. Tried calling several time and went to voicemail- but VM was not set up to leave a message. Texted the number that was provided but not response. Serious customer service issues, recommend you look elsewhere for electric repair.

They invoiced for more than what was approved. Never told us they needed more money. and when we pushed back to stick with the original price, they got really upset and we were unable to partner with them on a solution.
