We were having some issues with the low voltage wiring connecting my doorbell , power was getting to my chime, but not to my nest outside. Josh showed up on time and jumped right in. He was able to narrow the problem down to a wire that was being pinched by my storm door. I opted to do the work myself when I had more time to remove the door frame and there was absolutely zero resistance. Extremely friendly, very professional and zero pressure to have them do that work. Absolutely without a doubt will use them in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Josh!

Called Mr. Electric to replace an old and broken doorbell/intercom. Joshua, the electrician, assessed the issue, found a great replacement, and installed the new system a few days later. He was very competent, professional, patient, and friendly. Chantelle also did an excellent job communicating with me and was very flexible in meeting my scheduling needs. Was trying to get an estimate to install a Tesla wall charger. They would not come out without payment up front over the phone. I said I would pay their $50 trip charge when someone actually shows up at my house, but I'm not going to prepay it when they may not even come. They refused to come without payment. This was just to get a quote, so I passed and will call another company.

He let me know, in detail, what was wrong & what I needed to do in order to get the job done correctly. He explained everything clearly so I would understand. They quoted me $975 to install 2 fans that needed wiring installed, change on fan and make the switch just run the light. I provided all fans. Also quoted to fix a light that was buzzing on the outside of the house. They came to install today. 15 days later and started telling me of things not included in the first quote. New price came to $1400. I sent them on their way. Then the office called and tried to tell me the price was fair and I should still do business with them.

The electrician was prompt, communicative and polite. He installed the ceiling fan, explained how to maintain it and made certain it worked. My only concern was paying upfront, but that doesn't detract at all from the work that was done.
