Gleam did a fantastic job of working with us on our landscape lighting goals and offering creative and practical solutions. They were reliable and did a great job. Their project manager came back at night when it was dark to finalize and make sure everything looked great. I would highly recommend working with them!
I had reached out to this company and received a response the very next day. Derek worked around my schedule to give me an estimate. Every time I had a question Derek was quick to answer it and I felt no pressure during his visit. My outdoor lights were actually installed a day ahead of schedule. Tyler was also very professional during the installation process. I couldn’t be more pleased with this end result.Their customer service and response were outstanding from start to finish. I was very impressed with my Gleam tech, Tyler. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He inspected my non functioning system, identified a couple of trouble spots which he explained what he found, and allowed me to determine what work I wanted him to perform. He was able to make the repairs and have my system operational within 45 minutes. Very pleased with Gleam’s response time and follow up and plan to continue service with them going forward.

They added 2 circuits, so a small job. However, they were professional, had great communication, and were very efficient. They did not try to sell me more than I needed, unlike another electrical contractor I met with. So, in effect, they saved me $2,000! Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future.

Customer service with Freddie /Freddy was excellent. David who came out to our home was professional, respectful, excellent in answering all questions in terms even a wife can understand. His work was top notch. David was also very friendly down to earth genuine man. The owners of this company really care about not only the customers, they care about employee's as well. If you want a really Free estimate with no pressure approach, I highly recommend Gleam Electrical and Lighting.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, prompt and great to work with. John Martin explained everything to me, sent diagrams showing what would be done. Andy Perry and his crew did a great job with the installation. Our lighting project turned out beautiful.

House built in 1939 with an additiion added in the 50's. Gleam Electricial added a 220 box and a grounded receptical on the first floor so the washer/dryer can be moved out of the basement. In addition, they replaced light fixtures in the detached garage and isolated an issue we were experiencing with an outside receptacle.
The office and professional staff were a great group with which to work.They are all friendly, helpful, professional and hard working.
I was impressed that an estimator came on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 4:30 pm to help access why we were having a problem with the electrical outlets that powered the garage doors. Before he left he had an estimate for the work that needed to be done in the house and in the garage.
I had been waiting on another company for over a month to simply get n estimate.

Really, really impressed with the work John and Andy provided for our home. We completely trusted John’s design, and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work and customer service Andy provided throughout our project. I would highly recommend. You can really tell their main goal is to make sure you are fully happy with your project.
We highly recommend Gleam! They did our Christmas lighting this year, we will use them again after the holidays to update and repair our landscape lighting. Great communication. Showed up when they said they would, were very polite and professional. We threw a bit of a curve ball to Chris by having him wrap lights and fresh greenery around our columns. He was fantastic. Andy made it clear to be in touch if we have any problems! Definitely provided great customer service.

We had our previous lighting maintenance done, had new lights installed above our back patio in our soffits and also had three (3) new ones installed in the front. They arrived to do the job over a week early. The guys were very professional, on time, communicative and did another impeccable job. We highly recommend.

We loved our experience with Gleam Electrical & Lighting! We worked with John this last week (whom we’d highly suggest). We had our existing uplighting outdoors fixed. He’s thorough, listened to our needs and recommended what was necessary; didn’t push additional services on us. What we loved is that the price is reasonable as compared to other companies that quoted us AND John was down to earth, providing thorough information about what we can expect throughout the process. The team was efficient and the workmanship was top of the line. We will do business with them again. We highly recommend this company and John. No regrets!

I employed Gleam Electrical and Lighting Design to design and install exterior lighting for three different properties that I oversee. Their exterior lighting has completely transformed each of these properties. I truly believe that the exterior lighting not only added unmatched beauty to these properties at night, but also enhanced their property value. Many of our friends have complimented us on these properties, since the exterior lighting was installed, and asked who was responsible. I gladly and highly recommend Gleam! Needless to say, doing this type of project (3 very different and very large properties) was a tall order! However, the Gleam team was very professional, creative, knowledgeable, dedicated, reliable and pleasant to work with. As a customer, the overall experience was phenomenal...start to finish! Geeze, it is too bad all services are not this good. Both John and Andy could not have been any more responsive to completing my lighting project correctly and within the projected timeline. Very professional. Fixed two lighting systems in less than two hours. Even repaired a faucet that I discovered was leaking at the time I was showing the technician my lighting problems. Technician fixed faucet without me asking and did it without charge. Exceptional service.
