We had a problem in the underground connection between Center Point transformer and the meter, we needed it to be fixed in timely manner, manage required compliance and permits and with reasonable price. We had them install recessed lighting in our new home. It’s quite an ordeal on the first floor as they have to cut into the ceiling not only for the cans but also to find wiring etc. However, they were very responsive to our concerns and offered some alternatives and solutions. The second floor went much quicker and they were very detailed about exactly how we wanted them placed/spaced.All the employees were pleasant, professional and efficient

I recently had a sub-panel installed for a generator transfer switch for emergencies/power outages. Excellent service, very professional staff, and the materials they use are premium, all at very reasonable prices.I am a return customer to RTE, I also had them replace my severely outdated and dangerous panel.Ask for Levi, he’s very friendly, patient and good at finding solutiond to unique electrical complications.Also. RTE has military discount, what more can you want?

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

I had an excellent experience with Wired Electrical Services. I had called several companies to compare prices, Wired has the best rate of them all (don't forget to sign up to their email list to get access the coupon to print out!). I had scheduled a 7AM appointment. The technician arrived early! We promptly discussed what work was to be performed and he started immediately. The technician had all of the tools and supplies necessary to complete the required work! Wired ES has definitely earned a repeat customer for any future electrical work for me!!

Sad to say my own experience was very unlike the other reviews. I called for an appointment and, on the plus side, there were many same-day times available (which maybe should have been a clue). I was quoted a price, and we agreed to the earliest time-slot AFTER insurance info could be provided to my building, which is a requirement.The electrician arrived, but no insurance info was ever provided. He did not fix the problem, only advised me on how to do it myself, and left within a few minutes. I promptly received a call for payment, which was 25% higher than originally agreed. They said that they would discipline the person that gave me the incorrect quote but that there was nothing they could do.Inordinately expensive and unhelpful all around. Prompt, though. Luckily, the work I needed was very minor. Next time, especially for a more complicated job, I'll look elsewhere for help.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

They repaired 20 outlets/switches in a home I was fixing up at a reasonable price. They worked fast and gave me no issues. Would highly recommend!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
