Tracked the problem down to a faulty outlet that would have took days for me to figure out on my own. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. After a big thunderstorm came through had a tree fall and took out powerline to the house. Right Touch Electrical came to the rescue. They order the parts needed making sure that I was up to code.The crew work through till the repairs were finished. The crew them self were polite, professional and knew their job. The young lady that work the telephone was great. She told me who was coming, went and what to look for. ( name tag, truck with company sign). At this time they offer discounts to Veterans, First Responders and ones over the age of 55. If needed they will be my first choice.

Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

I have been using Wired Electric ever I since moved to Houston 4 years ago. In a city of this size, it can be tough to find a reliable electric company, but I knew that I had a winner with Wired. They have done everything from running new home runs for appliances to repair frayed wiring in my attic. I have never needed to look for a backup electrician because they are always on time, on quote and friendly and courteous.

We couldn't have asked for more. Tyrell came out on a Sunday, 2 days after Christmas and restored our power quickly. We had loose wires on a plug that shut down of our house. We give him an A++ rating.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
