I needed help with a breaker that kept tripping. Because it was an Eaton breaker and I was able to read a code that indicated the breaker's self-test was failing, I thought it would be a simple breaker changeout, but wanted someone to come make sure there wasn't a bigger problem also.I looked up electricians in my area on Yelp and sorted by rating; Paul Richard Electric came up as the top result. I read the reviews and decided to go with Paul Richard after noting the high level of service provided and the quick response time, even though it appeared from the other reviewers the minimum charge was $285.After submitting a request for quote which took just a few minutes, even with the submission of pictures of my breaker box, Paul himself got back with me within 10 minutes (guaranteed response time of 20 minutes) with an estimate of $285 and request to call for more information. Long story short, Paul was able to come by within the next hour because he was in the area and get the problem fixed. He and Jon (the other tech who was with him) were also able to test the new breaker after they installed it, with all my appliances in the kitchen turned on, to determine the load on the circuit was OK. He also examined the breaker box install from the builder and recommended a couple of changes they should make under the original home warranty to bring the box to code, and documented them on the receipt the same evening per my request. Even though we tested it thoroughly, Paul offered to have a tech come out next day if there were any further problems overnight, despite it being an extremely busy schedule for them on Thanksgiving week.The $285 included the trip charge plus a two-hour minimum of work. I also paid for the cost of the breaker they replaced (they showed me the receipt). All in all, I feel like I got my money's worth and got the problem resolved safely and effectively. We werent able to get the job done because we figured out the problem may be with my appliance not the wiring. Which is a great sign because it means I didn't get charged for a job I may not need to have done.

Excellent company. Never going with anyone else. Chris figured out the problem quickly, fixed it and did it safely and professionaly. Pointed out what the previous guy did wrong. You get what you pay for. The Right Touch aint cheap, but its not crazy expensive either. Ill gladly pay more to know it was done right with technicians who know what they are doing, and take pride in their craft. I never leave reviews for anything, but do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

We needed an electrical outlet repaired and the two electricians were friendly, professional, and got the job done fast. They took great notes and sent them to us along with our receipt. It cost a bit more than we expected it to, we thought it might be around $200-$300 but it was $390, plus the $39 service fee. I still think the service was 5 stars though!

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I've had the pleasure of working with Ian on business matters, but unfortunatly I do not live in his service area. If I did, I would most certainly use him for my electrical needs. Additionally I've met his technicians as well, they are true professionals, unlike some elecricians ive hired in the past for repair. After the big freeze in February I began my search for an electrician to install a generator.I started my search with a generator superstore because I was going use them for everything from sales to installation but when they told me a generator wasn't available until June/July. I knew I had to find a generator and someone to install it.Let me tell you, I called and met with 9 different electrician company reps and it was getting to be like speed dating. Met 1 sometimes 2 a day. I created a chart of companies, prices, availability (booked because of what's going on) and what their installation covered, plumbers, transfer switch installation, etc. Some wouldn't install a generator unless they sold it to you.I met with JP first. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my picky questions. Even explaining how we could save on installation if we run piping above ground and not under. When meeting with JP, it was like he was being thoughtful of the customers needs. He was on your side.So Nathan the owner, was in charge of the project but then his wife gave birth. So then Daniel his business partner and team took over the project so that he could spendmore time with family. Rightfully so. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I never once felt like anyone had dropped the ball. Even while there were lots of service calls post great freeze.Text messages and emails were responded to in excellent time. If they didn't have an answer, they'd still respond saying they'd call CenterPoint for an update.I did not purchase my generator from Brotherly Love Electric but they do provide that service. I had bought mine as soon as I found one since they were pretty scarce.Things that impacted the price of installation that I did not expect was how far the Generator was from the gas meter and generator placement was set by HOA rules.I hope this review is helpful to my fellow reviewers and the great guys at Brotherly Love Electric.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
