Today Bobby came out to give me a quote for the work that I need done on my electrical panel. Therefore, while I have not actually had the work done yet, I believe that Bobby will do an excellent job at getting my electrical system up to date and providing me with Top Notch service just as he did today with his quote and awesome personality?

The electrician was extremely nice, very good at what he does and they tell you the cost upfront.

Attention to Details, On time, professional this is the second time I have used this company and have been so impressed with their professionalism, and respect for my home. Electrician wore 'booties' over his work boots, and gave me many options (different price ranges) for jobs I need for our home---many security related. And....they did not charge me for the visit. Follow up to my original review, there was an issue I forgot to mention on the original call and they dispatched Neil the next day. Once again I I was greeted with a the kind of professionalism and manners you just don’t see that much in service industry (side note I deal with contractors as part of my profession). Great job to everyone involved in my calls and service as well as to Mr. Sparky group.Original post:Carnell was awesome, he arrived first thing in the morning and asked what was my concerns for having a new panel installed and immediately went to work, first doing a quick overview, gathering the tools required, and even notified CenterPoint to come out so he replace the main feeds from the meter. He was very safety conscience, professional, courteous, and efficient. After everything was connected, he checked every breaker and labeled accordingly. After that we went to the panel and went over all the breakers. My new panel looks amazing.

Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

Quick response when in need of assessment and/or repair of any kind of electrical issues. Easy to work with and very helpful when in need of urgent repairs. Invoicing is also clear and prompt. Great vendor to work with on a consistent basis.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

Very prompt response to appointment requests by email. Quite knowledgeable. On time. The job took close to 10 hours and they were working the whole time.

I just had my first semi-annual Generac generator maintenance service. The technician was very professional & courteous. And, he explained what he completed and the status of the generator. While I am a new customer since Wood Electrical Services installed my generator last June, I am a satisfied customer.

They took time to replace my old electric panel. Everything was done right and the price I think is right because they are the only one I called, so I can’t compare. For the amount of time and work that they did. It’s worth. Thanks so much for your work.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
