Fixed one switch for $2,500 and broke the switch right next to it. Didn't check so I had to figure it out myself. Not worth one dollar, I should have got a full refund but of course that will never happen...

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

It started out they were going to replace a light fixture outside my home. However, they found voltage was low to the existing light, entered my attic and found spliced, live wires (left by another contractor) and saved my home from a potentially dangerous situation. So grateful!!!!!

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Nextdoor has been a breath of fresh air. They have immediate appointments available and their electricians show up during the window quoted. The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). Salat, in particular, took his time to discuss the issues he found with us and made some great recommendations. We will gladly use Nextdoor for our electrical needs.

We had 2 light fixtures replaced and that involved some adjusting due to a size differential against the rugged stone facade of the house. Very friendly and very determined that the installation meet our expectations. Durell also helped diagnose an electrical wire issue with another outdoor light that the original builder cut corners to make work. We will be using Mr. Electric again soon to fix this issue.

I am impressed with their electrical service. Very professional, on time and the electrician know what he is doing. Very knowledgeable. Economical too. Highly recommended.

This outfit provided and installed our whole house standby generator. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism. and competence. The generator passed all its tests with flying colors. I'm confident it will do well when it's actually needed. I chose this company based on a recommendation from the unit's manufacturer. I'm glad I did.

I want to take a moment to recommend Right Pro Electrical. Oscar is very professional and knowledgeable. The whole crew were great to work with. All the work was completed in a timely fashion with little to no disturbance to the house. I will be calling Oscar for any additional projects my wife dreams up.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Melton Electric has always been a professional organization to work with. The workers show up when they are scheduled and complete the work in a organized and clean manner with limited disruptions to operations.

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.

Drew was excellent; on time, thoroughly respectful and able to answer all questions...and made sure I understood the answer. No hard sell on anything, just info.Furthermore, since we made the appt on Fri evening after a lightning strike and they couldn't send anyone til Mon morning, the owner called us back to see if we had any questions and to confirm with us that it was not a fire risk.Very responsible company.
