9/16/2020 A1 Plus Electrical came out on a short notice request to provide us with an estimate for some electrical work. Justin arrived on time, provided an estimate within 30 minutes. Great price quoted on scope of work, and placed us on schedule for the next day. Their rapid response allows us to stay on track with our pool contractor. I cannot thank them enough for the quick response. All of the staff communicate very effectively through phone calls, email, and text. 811 called and marked house prior to work.9/17/2020 Crew arrived on time, dug trench to code, installed our subpanel, and backfilled trench in one day. Very professional team. I will definitely use this company again for my electrical needs.

Summary: Great service, great work. And then they help you out some more.Details: They installed a 240V connection to our stacked washer/ gas dryer, which needs to be replaced. A person picked up the phone right away, offering service the same day. The electrician came, inspected, and gave me a price. Was a little higher than expected, but it's also more work than I expected. After they finished the job, it turned out that it's impossible to remove the old washer/dryer, the space is too tight (the door frames might have been installed afterwards). Since the delivery guys for the new unit would not have many tools and would not be able to remove the old unit, they sawed the old dryer apart and took it out piece by piece! Talking about going beyond duty....

I had an appointment for a whole house generator estimate and it was a no call/no show. The appointment time frame was between 3-5 on Monday, February 7th. I even called several times and the phone line was BUSY. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I will go elsewhere for a generator estimate since I don't want to do business with a company that treats potential customers like this!!

Kevin at Texas Electrical was very professional and thorough. Our outlets in our kitchen quit working and he was able to get everything up and running and he calculated everything running on that circuit to ensure that it could handle the energy use moving forward.
