This is my 1st review ever and this company deserves it. I will start with Travis, he was the person that addressed my situation first and gave me the estimate. Very knowledgeable, gave me great advise and was very honest with me. When he was done explaining, I had no need what so ever to get another estimate. Javier and Roger were the technicians. Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

When our neighborhood lost power, I called an electrician to get it back on. The electrician was prompt for the first two sessions, and he worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with his work at first, but when his third session rolled around, I realized that he hadn't accomplished anything.

The Copper World Electricians do great work. Daniel and his crews are on time and east to work with. They have an in depth understanding of the code book and passing inspections was no concern. Their pricing was competitive with other estimates received. But my biggest observation of their work was that the do it the right way no matter the size of the project.

Ben explained everything that was wrong with my circuit and the work was done within an hour. He showed us all the work he had completed. We found this company to be customer focused, very professional and extremely friendly to deal with.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

Oscar, Chris, and Israel did a fantastic job! The service was amazing, and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to make their homes electrically safe.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
