If only I could minus the stars...Gave these guys a call about the shower not working, these things are usually just cartridges or simple things like that, so I figure it can't be that bad. The whole interaction felt like I walked into a shady car dealership and they guy is trying to sell you the most expensive lemon possible to someone that knows nothing about cars, expect he does ;) Long story short, quote came out like 1,500 USD for half a day's work (I should be a plumber) because you have to do this, and that, and that. All supported with some make-no-sense-explanation, so like a said, shady used car dealer behaviour, maybe they work on commission I don't know. Quick call to a neighbourhood recommended plumber, 80 dollars for a new cartridge and fixed it in 30 min. Baffles me how this company manages to get people into massive bills, I could have happened to me if I didn't know better. I mean they could have said let's replace the cartridge first for 80 bucks and see if that works right. I wont mention the technician not the get him in trouble because obviously they got a sweet deal going on here.

Noly arrived on time and well communicated via text. Was super friendly, super knowledgeable and showed me various options to get the job done. In the end in addition to duct cleaning I’m getting filters installed in the attic fan area. You should hope all your employees are like Noly.

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
