I’ve recently came across Paul when our other electrician couldn’t make it out for an emergency call. He’s been great. Very helpful and responsive. Even after hours. 100% recommended to get the job done.

Jorge was sent to help assist us and he was so kind, patient and professional. Provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. He took his time to explain to us terminology, the mechanics of our home wiring and answered every question. Hopefully we don’t encounter any future problems concerning electrical work but if we do I highly recommend this company and to ask for Jorge. He mentioned his background and schooling to us which was awesome to know as new homeowners we have skillful and quality craftsman working in our home, you would never guess his years of experience because of how confident and knowledgeable he is.The responsiveness in scheduling was quick and everyone we spoke to was just as kind. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Tommy gave me an estimate for $4600 to activate my Generac 22K. I suggested to Tommy that he had his wires crossed as all I needed was to disconnect my current 20K and install my new 22K. Labor only. He insisted it would cost $4600. If Tommy had said it would cost $1K or even $1200, I would have said, When can you do the work.So I hired another licensed installer. I paid $100 to disconnect my old unit and $200 to reconnect my new unit. I spent $300 vs. $4600 and would have gladly paid you folks $1K. I even gave Tommy a 2nd opportunity to revise his estimate. I was hoping to begin a relationship with Wired Electric as I was pleased with the work that Clint (sp) did in diagnosing my problem. My conclusion, either Tommy is incompetent or he is ripping off your customers.

I've never seen a better electrician than this one. He has been giving my neighborhood power for more than ten years. He is simply amazing, and I would suggest him to anyone in need of a dependable electrician.

On a whim in need of an electrician, I googled services in my zip code, and Tavella popped up. I read the reviews and called and got a call right back. Dan walked me through what would be done and how it would do it. The pricing was fair and was well worth it. He installed a ceiling fan and ran all the electricity needed on my porch to make it possible because there was no existing light to tap into.

I was searching for a good electric company to do my house electrical works and found Mr. Electric. Thought to try this company since I see the truck in our neighborhood very common recently. I am impressed with their electrical service. Very professional, on time and the electrician know what he is doing. Very knowledgeable. Economical too. Highly recommended.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
