David Saldanas was first to visit me to inspect and provide proposal. I had spoken with another electrician who gave me a much higher quote. Without my mentioning this David explained his plan and why I did not need everything the other man suggested. It was a thorough and reasonably priced plan. It took the week but I now have peace of mind that my electrical system is healthy in my 53 year old home. Great experience

Fixed one switch for $2,500 and broke the switch right next to it. Didn't check so I had to figure it out myself. Not worth one dollar, I should have got a full refund but of course that will never happen...

BEWARE!! They take advantage of you. The electrician was there maybe 30 minutes and all the found was a pop breaker and the bill was $380!! Ask questions before and don’t trust them!

Our outside outlet when bad which some how caused a chain reaction of switches and outlets to go out. Including the bathroom!! Will took his time to come as his last stop and fix. He said it was on his way home and no problem or he would need to do in a day or so. He is reliable and friendly. Knowledgeable and caring. A Veteran, Need I say more? Call him first or last....just call him.

I am very satisfied and will be using NextDoor Electric for any future electrical work. I needed an EV charger professionally installed, and this place was in the neighborhood. I never used NextDoor Electric before, but after reading all the reviews I decided to give them a chance. The reviews don't lie, NextDoor Electric is excellent. They worked with me to set an appointment that worked best for my schedule and answered any questions I had prior to the appointment. On appointment day, they were able to get me a very reasonable quote and perform the work all within the stated appointment window. The quote came in lower than I expected, and much lower than the recommended installers from the EV manufacturer themselves. On top of that, NextDoor Electric warranties all of their work, making them a great value.One thing I will note is that EV chargers are still relatively new, and each manufacturer has their own special installation instructions. Please don't expect NextDoor (or any electrician) to be product experts for every charger out there, there will be some on-the-job learning and double-checking to make sure the install is done correctly. I won't knock NextDoor Electric on this detail because its new for everyone. However, I saw Tae (the installer) take several pictures and notes to send back to their office that I hope will be used for future jobs.Finally, ask for Tae, he's a good guy and very friendly. Very thorough with his work, and cleaned up after the job was done.

I need two separate ratings, one for price and one for performance. Performance even though it was a simple main breaker switch out was 5/5 showed experience and that they knew what they were doing. The price, even though it was reduced was still ridiculous (250 dollar Emergency call no problem!) But initially they wanted over 350 dollars for a 65-100 dollar breaker. Which I could have purchased from a local supply house if the issue did not occur after 6 o'clock on a Thursday. After a short complaint the price was reduced from over 350 dollars to 144 and some change. A 300-400% mark up on material on the truck is not acceptable. Besides the cost the service was good, based on service I would use Wired again, based on price a big no.

I was searching for a good electric company to do my house electrical works and found Mr. Electric. Thought to try this company since I see the truck in our neighborhood very common recently. I am impressed with their electrical service. Very professional, on time and the electrician know what he is doing. Very knowledgeable. Economical too. Highly recommended.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Very good company to work for and get work from everybody there is a professional

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.

I needed the underground wiring (drops) replaced at our home and called several businesses to provide me with a quote. C A Electrical was the last company I called and this company beat all the other offers and even included an upgrade to my breaker panel and meter box, because he said that I needed it in order to be up to code. The owner was very professional, the work was high quality, and the the pricing was very affordable. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company. I am glad that we found them and will recommend him to everyone especially to all my family and friends because I know that they will be in great hands.
