Called in to get an estimate for outlet issues in our home and instead of going straight to costs, the gentleman I spoke to explained the root cause and helped me fix the issue on my own. Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. Amazing service. We had an issue that escalated to Centerpoint turning our power off and refusing to turn it back on until the ground wire was replaced. Jeremy and his crew were able to rearrange their schedule to be at our house the next day to get it done instead of the following Tuesday. They were so nice and fair priced as well. We have some other needs to get done and he'll be our first call.
