I give this electrician company five stars because Ryan the technician and the owner provided excellent customer service! I called today and Paul, the owner, was able to get Ryan to come out and repair a breaker that was causing my garage door, and five GFCI outlets to stop working. The price was reasonable and I'm not complaining after having to open my garage door manually for two weeks. This will be my electrical company for any future electrical problems that I may have. If you need someone dependable and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing, just call Paul Richard Electric.

Called mid-morning, tech showed up at 1:30. He didn't try to sell me a huge, expensive fix, but worked with me to concentrate efforts on trying to isolate the problem. Definitely a good experience.

On time and very knowledgeable ?

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

Excellent very professional

Very happy with professionalism, attentiveness and competency of both the office staff and Levi the electrician. Will definitely be using them again if other electrical issues should arise.

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Mid-West has proven to be a 5 star electrical contractor over the years with many completed jobs. Nothing but praise for their attention to detail and quality of work. Would recommend them highly.

I have nothing but high praises for Sal. I am blown away as to how incredible him & his partner Andres just fixed up our home in no time. We had half our house shorted and lost power for more than a week.First I had someone recommended from family that came out & couldn’t figure out the problem. Then I had John Moore come out and all they did was upsell. JM is extremely expensive and after trying to upsell, they told me it may or may not fix the problem. They were very disappointing because they scared me to death the way they presented the issues. I am extremely disappointed with that company.I found Next Door Electric on Google seeing that they have five star reviews. It’s was a little hard to believe anyone would have a perfect “five stars”. But once you meet Sal, you realize exactly why. Their prices are reasonable, they are genuine people who care about their customers. This is a rare trait to find in this line of work. Sal came out and fixed the problem that day! I’m beyond happy and beyond grateful that I found Sal through NextDoor electric. They will do all of our future work! :)

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Colby the Electrician with Wired Electrical Services made extensive wiring corrections that were required to eliminate numerous wiring errors made by another Generac Home Emergency Generator Supplier we contracted with to install a Generac Residential Standby Generator.And we contracted with Wired Electrical Service to provide PM Service on our Generac Generator, and Michael has been our service representative and performs his work extremely well, and also very responsive. From our experience, we highly recommend Wired Electrical Service for Home Emergency Generator installations and associated PM Maintenance Service.PS: Our Generac Standby Generator has been inservice and responsive to power outages ever since Wired Electrical Service make the wiring corrections and tested the operation of the Unit under full power load. And the PM services they have provide are FIRST CLASS and completed in accordance with the full PM Requirements and Schedules specified by Generac for our model Standby Generator (Required to Maintain the Full Generac Warranty).

Very quick and friendly service. We have a very old house with some tricky electrical work and he has always been available to help us fix it. Would highly recommend .

Sad to say my own experience was very unlike the other reviews. I called for an appointment and, on the plus side, there were many same-day times available (which maybe should have been a clue). I was quoted a price, and we agreed to the earliest time-slot AFTER insurance info could be provided to my building, which is a requirement.The electrician arrived, but no insurance info was ever provided. He did not fix the problem, only advised me on how to do it myself, and left within a few minutes. I promptly received a call for payment, which was 25% higher than originally agreed. They said that they would discipline the person that gave me the incorrect quote but that there was nothing they could do.Inordinately expensive and unhelpful all around. Prompt, though. Luckily, the work I needed was very minor. Next time, especially for a more complicated job, I'll look elsewhere for help.

Never use this electrician!!! We had given them a simple contract to change the low amps cable to higher amp & they blew up our credit card machine, icy machine, 2 big freezers & printers in our store. It costed us twice of what we were suppose to pay them!!

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!
