Best Lighting Installation in Houston TX

Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. He went above and beyond to make sure power got restored by his crew and was great at following up to make sure we were satisfied. Mr. Gilbert Galinato did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked diligently until completion of the job. He was courteous and he communicated as necessary. The job was completed on time.The quote I got from Mr. Electric was the most reasonable for the work. I was quoted a little over $1,000 from a different company fir the same work. I was also quoted $1,000 less but by a company that was cutting corners like not pulling the permit.Pleased with the quality, service, and rate.

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Very thorough and friendly

Just wanted to give this local electrician my experience with them. I hired them to do some work on my house, including installing a light fixture. They were great! They had the best prices and they finished the job purely in one day.

I had the worst service experience with this company. I needed switches replaced, and called them to send a tech. The tech they send was extremely rude, condescending, and had absolutely no interest in his work.When I told this person to leave, he had the audacity to ask for $210. Their tech was too incompetent to even finish the job. He left the switches and lights in our hallway completely nonfunctional. I was charged a total of $360 (because they felt the need to charge a “service fee” before even starting the project). I would recommend staying as far away from these people as possible.
