We had an amazing experience with Paul Richard today. After an other company canceled on us twice, I called Paul Richard. They were able to fit us in and install our new oven outlet same day. We really appreciate them going above and beyond for us. Thank you!!!

The technicians were professional did their work quickly. Once they were done they checked the wiring and ran my dryer to make sure that it worked properly. They answered my questions about what needed to be done and why.

I live near the Heights and have used these guys for several jobs, always with solid work, courteous service, and a fair price. This has included a couple of big jobs, including replacing my entire service panel. For just a few hundred bucks they were able to add a main disconnect/lockout and plug whereby I can safely run most of the house off of a portable generator; an inexpensive alternative to the fixed generators that some people install, at a cost of thousands, for a once-every-20-year event.I usually get multiple bids out of habit, but keep coming back to Harmony. Do yourself a favor and avoid the big companies that advertise aggressively...the service is no better and they jack up their prices to justify the advertising. You can bet they also spend a small fortune scrubbing their on-line reviews. I prefer to support the honest, little guy.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. My kitchen light did not work. Shaderick assessed the problem and he and his apprentice had me up and working. They were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The quote I received the day before was just what I paid for what they did. I will definitely use them again.

Since he began working for me more than a year ago, this local electrician has consistently been dependable, cordial, and considerate. He responds to my mails promptly and is knowledgeable enough to answer my queries about electrical wiring. I had an easy two to three hours of conversation with him concerning my fan.

We had a floor outlet that Raymond had looked at when he came to put in a fan for us. It still didn’t work so we had him look at it again. It it NOW repaired.He also put a variable fan switch on the outlet for the fan he put in before. He didn’t have one when he out the fan in.We had beige switch covers, but all he could find were white so this one doesn’t match other outlets in the room.So you can see he had to come back for work he wasn’t able to or didn’t complete the first time. I hope the fee reflected that, but I’m not sure it did!

Never use this electrician!!! We had given them a simple contract to change the low amps cable to higher amp & they blew up our credit card machine, icy machine, 2 big freezers & printers in our store. It costed us twice of what we were suppose to pay them!!

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!
