He was on-time, professional, pleasant, reviewed each item I had and gave me an estimate I signed-off on each individually on his i-Pad before he did the work with no pressure, and if I had decided not to do the work, it would have cost me nothing!Brandon explained the issue in terms I could understand, and answered all questions, and made me feel comfortable with my decision.When he finished, he cleaned-up, made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated to me, and said to let them know if I had any issues in the future.It is hard to find employees as friendly and courteous, as well as skilled and trustworthy as Brandon T. I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. He returned later and was very helpful to us with locating exactly which breakers do what and all the questions we had. Thanks Right Touch

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Electrician arrived without a stud finder - had to borrow my own 0 resulted in an additional hole in my drywall. It took three requests to persuade the electrician to test the power outlet he'd installed.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Right Pro Electrical Services! I left a message on their website regarding the work I wanted done and they reached out right away. Chris was the one who came out to my house. Not only was he able to come out the same day to give me an estimate, he actually completed the job within the same afternoon! He installed 4 recessed ceiling lights, installed my light fixture, and created 2 outlets in difficult locations. The work was efficient and professional, and now my living room looks so good! I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Right Pro Electrical Services!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

This is not your traditional family owned business. They have big dreams and no job is too big. Their focus is commercial work.

We bought a new house and the electrical equipment hadn't been updated since the house was built in '83. Half our lights would go out in the rain. We found out we had to replace the entire external electrical system (breaker box and meter)! Not only did Daniel from Lone Star give us a quote that was less than two other companies, but when they did do the work, you could barely tell any work was done! They used the existing holes in the wall to secure the wiring and box, and cleaned up all the grounds afterwards! I would definitely go with Lone Star the next time we need electrical work.
