I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

First thing in the morning I went to turn on the lights in back of the house and heard a crackling noise and then all the electricity went out. I immediately called Wired Electric and not only did they answer the phone, but they put me on their priority list and are coming to fix the issue first thing - keep in mind that all of this took place before 6am!! Their customer service is top notch, not to mention a job well done!!

Oscar showed up ontime, assessed the scope of work, made cost effective recommendations on bringing electrical circuits up to code and provided on the spot quote for agreed to work. Right Pro Electric started work immediately and completed the work efficiently and in a professional manner.

During the horrific ice storm debacle and power outages in the Houston area, every fire alarm in my house went off - 7 in total. This has never happened before. It was random - every 4, 5, 8 hours. It was also deafening. I had no idea those fire alarms talked to each other and when one goes off - they all go off. I also had no idea how loud those alarms were. The house was unlivable. It always happened between 2 am and 4 am every morning without fail. It started with the first power outage but did not stop when the power was off. It did not help to remove or change batteries. I called West Houston Electric. They were so kind and came in a few hours. Ryan was awesome. He had to replace every fire alarm that was wired into the house. They had 7 on the truck. That shocked me. They had all the parts. Ryan also found a problem that I did not know existed and fixed it while he was here. Last night was my first night's sleep in 4 nights compounded by freezing in the house for days, in general. Finding a company that is this kind and caring about people is not easy at all. When I find a company that is caring, I make a point to write a review to let everyone know how great the company is. They could have easily put me off til next week. They will have my business from this point forward. There are more projects to come very soon. I HIGHLY recommend.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
