Not that they need any more positive reviews, but I'll add to the slew... Paul is the nicest electrician you'll come across. He's super responsive too! Edwin is just as professional and courteous. I was able to get them and their crew to come do a bunch of different jobs at my property within a reasonable amount of time from my call. They do the job right and to code, which is what you want. No funny business here!

Came out and installed my level 2 charger in 30 minutes. Also cost 1k less than the other two quotes i got. So definitely worth it to me level 2 charger is working perfectly

This review covers both the company (Mr. Electric) and the service technician (Brandon Turner).I am thoroughly pleased with both the company and Brandon Turner's service of my electrical problem at my residence.There is but one word that fully describes Brandon Turner's level of service that was provided at my residence. That word is Excellent. From the moment Brandon knocked on my door, to the moment he completed the service, he displayed a full array of know-how, understanding, and focus. The service call at my residence involved multiple problems. I explained the problems to Brandon and he went to work solving them. I was especially impressed by his methodological way of diagnosing and approaching the problems with an eye toward solving them. He was thorough in investigating the symptoms and he took his time to make sure that nothing was misdiagnosed. He then arranged his work to attack each other problems in an order that clearly demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. One of the electrical problems that I was facing required Brandon to make a second trip to the supply store. He may the second trip without complaining and without delay.Upon completion of his work, Brandon cleaned up and hand vacuumed the area where he was working. He did such a complete job cleaning up that by the end of the project, I was not able to tell where he was working.Before leaving my residence, Brandon explained to me in detail all aspects of the work and how I can expect things to be going forward.I highly recommend the company, Mr. Electric and the service technician, Brandon Turner.The excellent service began with the way the company contacted me to confirm the scheduling of the service visit. The company representative who I spoke with was courteous and very patient with me during the entire conversation. In fact, there was a point in time when I had to put the person on hold because another call had come through. When I was able to return to my call with the Mr. Electric representative, although I apologized, she did not seem irritated or bothered that it took me so long to get back to the call. In this day and age where so many people seem to be irritated with the smallest of things, it was like a breath of fresh air for the company representative to be so patient and understanding with me during the service call scheduling phase.I was also impressed with the company's process and system for staying in touch with me as the service call date was upcoming. I really liked the information that the company would send to me via text message as the service call date was forthcoming. I also really appreciated the manner in which the company's representatives called me as the service date was upcoming.

We used them to look at a house we were thinking of buying. Sal was excellent, can out on a Sunday, was efficient, communicative and gave us several options should we choose to move forward. If we do need electrical services in the future we will hopefully be able have Sal do the work

My home seems to have had some DIY electrical work done in the past. I wanted an electrician to help determine that things were safe and correctly done, in addition to changing out some fixtures and switches. The electrician provided by Mr. Electric addressed all my concerns and repaired the problems encountered. Now I'm sure my home is safe and beautiful.

Never use this electrician!!! We had given them a simple contract to change the low amps cable to higher amp & they blew up our credit card machine, icy machine, 2 big freezers & printers in our store. It costed us twice of what we were suppose to pay them!!

On the spot same day fix was possible and that helped me out majorly!

Oscar (the owner and Master Electrician) is awsome! First of all, he and his team were very punctual each day. Oscar was very thorough in inspecting my breaker box and wiring, and outlets around my home, explaining everything that needed to be done, thus offering me 3 different options. His prices were very fair. He's very hands on... working along side several of his team, Chris and Israel, each day. They installed recessed lights (adding dimmer switches for the lights) and ceiling fans (also adding switch wiring to one fan). A dedicated circuit for my microwave hood, & a GFCI receptacle was installed. The underground wires from the transformer to my home were replaced, as well as a new meter box, and new breaker panel, and a whole house surge protector. Overall, Oscar, Chris and Israel were incredibly professional, polite, and very considerate with our comfort and our 15 month old grand babys needs (naps). Oscar would end each day, asking if we were satisfied with the work, or if we had any questions or concerns. He was incredibly patient and caring. One more thing...they all were very respectful of my home (shoe covers, tarps covering floors, etc), and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys. They did a great job and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Work was performed quickly and professionally, all questions were answered and forward looking advice was provided unprompted. Will definitely be using for any further electrical work. Also just an extremely pleasant person.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
