Donta Boutte was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. And he was on time big time! He explained everything to me that he found with my system. There was no pressure to buy or do anything. He just gave me sound information with the video proof along with a commentary showing me the areas that could potentially be an issue. This young man will be the technician that we will use again and I highly recommend him and John Moore Services. I believe in good customer service. All I want is an honest assessment and information. I got the best of everything with this young man and this company. Five stars!

There is a lot of AC repair services in Houston, but there is no a lot of them whit 24 hr service, this people save me from summer few months ago, i really recommend.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
