I cut a wire and called many places to have someone take a look. Finally Mr. Electric said “it sounds serious, we’ll find someone”. In a matter of 1 hour Brandon Turner was at my house tracing wires and trying to make sure it didn’t need to be shut off. Turns out it didn’t but I was so relieved!

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

John was excellent! He arrived timely and listened carefully to our electrical issues. He took the time to explain everything to us in layman's terms and he reviewed the estimates with us for the electrical repairs. We appreciate his patience in helping us better understand the work that goes into the major repairs needed. Thank you John!

I have never......NEVER......had such a great experience with service technicians of any sort, any where.We had an electrical issue that manifested itself 19 years after we had our house built. We tried calling all the repair services we had seen advertised on television, and a few that were local to our community. None of them could commit to getting to us that day, or even the next. Some even required an exorbitant (to me, at least......I call $199.00 exorbitant) trip fee......WHICH WAS IN ADDITION TO any repairs that were to be made--------HARD PASS!! Meanwhile, we are 100% without electricity to a major part of our house.I started a Google search and found Next Door. The young man with whom I spoke at Next Door was extremely polite and professional, and seemed to really care about our situation. We set up an appointment with Next Door for the next day.The repair team (Sal & Tae) that was assigned our repair called the next morning and told me they would be able to get to the house earlier than expected, and could be there within the hour if that would be okay.........(DEFINITELY!!!)UPON their arrival I explained to them what had happened and the area(s) affected. They immediately told me they knew what the problem was, and where it started. After a very thorough inspection, they had not only repaired the problem, but also checked every single outlet and switch in the affected areas to make sure there was no other damage done. Then they swept up and cleaned up and we were done.I can not recommend Next Door Electrical strongly enough. They are without equal, as darxas I am concerned. They have in me, a customer for life!

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Your employees are making your business look bad because they're driving like maniacs in neighborhoods in company vehicles. If the speed is 30 miles per hour you should be doing 30 miles an hour through a neighborhood where there are kids walking home from school.

The caliber of my outside lighting system needed to be improved. The technician made two recommendations and gave estimates for each. I was surprised by how quickly he came back to install the new system and by how well both the unit and installation were done. Overall, from beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience!

Dan and the team came to my home twice to install brand-new wiring for a doorbell, as my home didn't have any previous doorbell wiring in place. They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. They didn't push us at all to purchase anything more expensive and they patiently explained our options to us multiple times. It's been about 2 weeks now since the doorbell was installed and everything continues to work perfectly! I'd highly recommend Elixir as a company, and the team as electricians, and I will definitely be contacting them again for any future services.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
