We purchased LED lights through Paul Richard for our kitchen under counter lighting to replace older fluorescent fixtures that kept breaking at a pretty reasonable price. Johnathon was on time and very proficient in removing and installing the new lights. They look and work great. We are scheduling more work to update other outdated light fixtures for newer high efficiency ones.

During the initial scheduling and visit A1 was able to work me in same day and accommodate my schedule.Electrician Matthew arrived on time, diagnosed the issues and made the repairs while being very professional, transparent and detailed oriented with explanation of work done and future work to be performed.Invoice and receipt sent and completed prior to departure.

Prompt service! Came out in the middle of the night for my emergency when no one else would answer the phone! A+++

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

The electrician, Dennis P., arrived promptly and after a brief question & answer regarding the problem focused in on what the probable issue was. He explained what he would have to do to determine the cause of our electrical issue and got right to work. First beginning with the electrical panel and then outside to test where the electrical wires join the house from Center Point. Dennis did not take more than 30 mins from start to finish to determine that the issue was not on our end, it was Center Point issue at the pole/transformer. Dennis spoke to Center Point and explained the issue and what type of service would be required from Center Point to rectify the issue. This is the second time that we have used Mr. Sparky and would use them again.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my understanding.The reason I didn't use this business is the price quoted to me was high to install a ring floodlight camera. If the price would have been just a little lower, I would have gladly had it installed.

This was my first time to visit Harmony Electric. Dennis was Friendly and Professional. He has a Lot of Knowledge and Experience. If You need any kind of Electrical Service Work, look No Further! They are Conveniently Located in The Heights. I Highly Recommend Harmony Electric!!!

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. Also, being in a townhome, space was at a premium. Daniel and the team at Brotherlylove Electric not only met these expectations but exceeded them. They were very responsive, professional and the team members actually shared some of their knowledge while on-site. If anyone is looking for a generator install or any type of electrical work at their home or business I highly recommd Brotherlylove Electric without hesitation.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Curtis was amazing! He arrived on time and I loved that he took time to wear booties over his shoes and lay down a sheet to protect my floors. I greatly appreciate him taking time to explain the issue and make expert recommendations to provide a longer lifetime of the fixtures. I already recommended him to my family, especially for his professionalism and great rates. I love my new lights - they look wonderful!
