This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. Late Tuesday afternoon of the great Valentine’s Day winter storm we had a pipe freeze and burst forcing us to shut off water at the street. We called Turbo Home Services on Wednesday morning and got in contact with a very professional scheduler. The first day available was Saturday from 5 until 8. On Saturday morning Sean, the operations manager, called to see if it would be alright to come earlier. Sean came out diagnosed the problem and due to a shortage of parts scheduled repairs for Tuesday. Earlier this morning we received a call asking us if it was OK to make the repairs today, on Sunday no less. The crew showed up when scheduled, made repairs and we have water once again! I give One Call Houston 5 stars...they have been Awesome. I had a contractor come in and redo my guest bathroom and he created a MAJOR water leak and in more places than one, he even caused me to have foundation problems. I then called One call the most wonderful young lady answered the phone and she was able to hear the panic in my voice Brandy had such an calm voice that she was able to calm me down. Bobby came over that same day and checked it out and figured out what was going on. Lance, Henry and Josh have come out helped not only fix the main reasons for the call but they uncoverd issues that were caused by that same contractor and they even installed a new water heater.. Due to late night, I couldn't find the right pipe and staff to solve my pipe problem, but Turbo came to my rescue with their copper pipe replacement service and 24-hour service. I had an optimal solution.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
