House of Power did my new home. I was not totally happy with my builder but they did a great electrical job. During construction they were very helpful with great ideas for a finished product that my wife and I could not vision during construction. After our house closed we had no issues with their work. With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. Called for emergency service on a weekend. The receptionist said she forwarded the info to one of their electricians and I would receive a call shortly to receive an estimate and schedule the work if desired. That was Friday. It it's now Thursday and no one has called.
