Justin was professional, timely, explained likely reasoning why exterior outlets were only intermittently working and how to fix the issue, and was able to replace an additional exterior socket cover which was not in the original plan but for which i requested his help on the spot. It was easy to book an appointment online. Highly recommend!

On time and very knowledgeable ?

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

Joshua did an amazing job for us. Expensive in my opinion, but in all honesty, I don’t always have a feel for what these things cost …. Just seems high to me

Fixed the problem quickly

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. They performed a service without the owner's authorization and their charge was too high. We will never use this company again.

Tradesmen are notoriously unreliable when promising to come out, but The Copper World Electricians electrician came out when he said he would. I had them install some smart switches and replace a breaker that kept tripping. They explained what the issue with the breaker was and why it needed to be replaced.In addition, after installing the new switches, once all the work was complete, the electrician went out to his car to get a small vacuum to clean up the mess. I liked that professional touch.

Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. The guys got me out of a huge bind and did incredible site work. Legit guys who helped us get through this project.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. I have been a very happy - return Wired customer for almost 9 years. From our generator, to hanging lights and ceiling fans and security cameras. I can call on Wired for anything. I am happy to say that many of our neighbors hava also bought generators and have had service from Wired.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
