Best Electrical Wiring Installation in Houston TX

I needed help with a breaker that kept tripping. Because it was an Eaton breaker and I was able to read a code that indicated the breaker's self-test was failing, I thought it would be a simple breaker changeout, but wanted someone to come make sure there wasn't a bigger problem also.I looked up electricians in my area on Yelp and sorted by rating; Paul Richard Electric came up as the top result. I read the reviews and decided to go with Paul Richard after noting the high level of service provided and the quick response time, even though it appeared from the other reviewers the minimum charge was $285.After submitting a request for quote which took just a few minutes, even with the submission of pictures of my breaker box, Paul himself got back with me within 10 minutes (guaranteed response time of 20 minutes) with an estimate of $285 and request to call for more information. Long story short, Paul was able to come by within the next hour because he was in the area and get the problem fixed. He and Jon (the other tech who was with him) were also able to test the new breaker after they installed it, with all my appliances in the kitchen turned on, to determine the load on the circuit was OK. He also examined the breaker box install from the builder and recommended a couple of changes they should make under the original home warranty to bring the box to code, and documented them on the receipt the same evening per my request. Even though we tested it thoroughly, Paul offered to have a tech come out next day if there were any further problems overnight, despite it being an extremely busy schedule for them on Thanksgiving week.The $285 included the trip charge plus a two-hour minimum of work. I also paid for the cost of the breaker they replaced (they showed me the receipt). All in all, I feel like I got my money's worth and got the problem resolved safely and effectively. Their representative did an excellent job of identifying and explaining options for establishing a connection to my portable generator, Honda EU 2200i, at my circuit breaker box.The installation was done in a very neat and professional manner.Overall, it was a very good experience. They had someone come out for a quote the same day, and installed everything the very next day! Very fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

Edit: set up an appt, had a no call no show. Called back and left a message. Never heard back. They do good work but scheduling is terribleHad a bit of miscommunication on scheduling, but the rest of the service more than made up for it. Sal showed up early, quickly knew how to resolve the issue I had, gave me options, drove to get the part needed, and installed it within a few minutes. The biggest thing I look for is trust and On Time has it.

Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

Excellent service! Dahir was great at communicating and scheduling an appointment per my availability. The technicians Salat and Tae were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed 3 Chandeliers for us, we're so happy with their work. Will definitely return for any future services needed.

We bought a house that needed some electric work done for a reasonable price and Copper World took good care of us again as we had used their services 2 years ago at another location. We asked for a quote for a bunch of work and got a prompt and fair offer. By the time work started we found a few more issues that needed their expertise...no problem, the add ons cost a little more and deservedly so. We won't hesitate to call them in the future. Excellent customer service. The electricians used a mask and gloves to avoid leaving finger prints on my fixtures. They are clean and take care with your home and fixtures. I highly recommend them.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.
