Carlos Flores, Carlos and his crew are remarkable, they showed up on time and ready to go. It was a full HVAC removal and installation with duct work. I can't believe they finished in one day! They explained how to operate my new HVAC system and cleaned up after they finished. Thanks Carlos Flores, no hotel for me!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
