Requested a quote online for work, and was told to call the office for a quote. Called the office, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He said they were not quoting projects until maybe next week, and when I explained that I'm trying to move my project ahead more quickly, he hung up on me mid sentence.

Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. Tradesmen are notoriously unreliable when promising to come out, but The Copper World Electricians electrician came out when he said he would. I had them install some smart switches and replace a breaker that kept tripping. They explained what the issue with the breaker was and why it needed to be replaced.In addition, after installing the new switches, once all the work was complete, the electrician went out to his car to get a small vacuum to clean up the mess. I liked that professional touch.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.
