We cannot recommend Paul Richard Electric enough!We needed to replace our FPE breaker box so I did a quick Google search and Paul Richard Electric was close and highly rated. I gave them a call and spoke with Brandi and she got us all set up, it was quick and painless! Josh and Kobe came out early in the morning, they were very professional and did a great job replacing the box. We have a few other electrical projects needing to be done and we know who we will be calling!Highly recommend!

Excellent. Technicans arrived on time. Very courteous. Installed 6 wall sconces and 4 can lights and 1 ceiling light fixture. Also installed a 4 gang wall plate with dimmer function. Techs knew what they were doing After completing the work they cleaned up the work area. Very professional. Will definitely hire you guys again for future electrical projects.

Had these folks come out to look at an ongoing issue. Told them I wasn't going to pay them for coming out, told them what the issue wasn't and that I didn't want to be charged for flipping a breaker switch I can flip perfectly fine. They came out the next morning, diagnosed the issue free of charge, provided me with the solution and pricing, implemented the solution, then provided a clear and concise bill. Would highly recommend these folks, they are friendly, clean, professional and quick.

Harmony Electric Co is my go-to company for residential and commercial service over the years. They have always been thoughtful, honest and fair. They have added outdoor lines for the koi pond and the fountain. When I had a small office building they took care of it. Recently I handed them a punch list of make-ready's for my mother-in-law's condo. Ceiling fans, wire a washer and dryer nook, and hang her chandeliers. As gently as could be, it was suggested that I have the old lamp rewired first. Safety first! That means a lot.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

I arranged with Wired Electrical Services to have them replace and install a new light fixture in our home swimming pool yesterday, Wed. March 30, 2022. The dispatcher, Ellie, scheduled for an electrician/technician to come to our home between 2:00 and 6:00 pm today March 31, 2022 to install the fixture. It is now 7:00 p.m. and no-one from this company ever showed up. Furthermore, they did not even have the decency and courtesy to call to reschedule their failed appointment.To the Owner of Wired Electrical Services:There is a discrepancy regarding what the technician's account and what really transpired during last night's telephone call. To be clear he called after 7: 20 P.M, when it was already dusk, and said he couldn't come to our home because one of his earlier service calls took him almost all day to finish. I asked him whether he could still come over to make the installation. He said he was already home and didn't think he could make it and that I should call the office next morning to reschedule.My exception to this situation is that when Angel, the technician, found out he was running late, rather than making me wait for him for over three hours, why didn't he call me earlier so I could call your office to reschedule the appointment. Or why didn't he call the office himself when he could have. His lack of customer service, lack of professional courtesy, lack of communication and shoddy handling of this matter needs to be brought to your attention.With people like that working for you, I would definitely not even think of rescheduling our installation with your company. Thankyou.

The local electrician came in repairing broken fan . They are really professional and super friendly. He fixed it really quick and got it back to me in time for the party.

It wasn’t easy but I finally got them to come out and finish the job. Took a lot of phone calls and patience. The technician was friendly and quick but that’s about all the positive comments I’ll give out.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
