Everything about A1 Plus is A+!!! I got their info from the Home Depot Referral site. They called me and I got an appointment the next day for the quote. The technician came out and gave me quote and installed my new outdoor ceiling fans right then and there! It was so nice to get everything done and completed. The technician was professional and even wore booties on my patio to not make a muddy mess (it was raining that day). I don't know why I waited so long to get this project completed. Call them now!!! You won't be disappointed.

Very disheartening...I called to get an estimate and they told me first they do not have the staff to provide estimates, which is fine. Then I was told because I am selling my home and this is a low priority job they would not take it. For all the advertising they do they should be professional and not cherry pick their customers. I do not appreciate the waste of my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EITHER. No Stars.

I have old aluminum wiring in my townhome that I wanted replaced with copper connectors and copper receptacles and switches, as well as replace my old and possibly dangerous breaker box panel. Will provided me an invaluable crash course in electricity that I am very grateful for. I felt like I could definitely make an educated decision, and was impressed by his willingness to take however long it took to answer all of my questions. As a consumer I'm looking for that feeling of confidence in the folks you're going to entrust with jobs like these, and I felt that with Will and Right Touch 120%. Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

The employees of the company were great. Jeremy the electrician who came and did the work did an awesome job. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because the work was a bit pricey. Everything else was great.

We couldn't have asked for more. Tyrell came out on a Sunday, 2 days after Christmas and restored our power quickly. We had loose wires on a plug that shut down of our house. We give him an A++ rating.

On the spot same day fix was possible and that helped me out majorly!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
