Best Electrical Emergency in Houston TX

My home was effected by the Winter Storm, I had alot of damage. I called on Paul Richard Electric during each phase of restoring my home. Larry, David and Jose were the techs that serviced my home. They were all friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. All of them explained to me the work they were completing. The price was reasonable. Based on my experience with this company; I definitely will refer them. Thanks Guys!

Had APlus reinstall main underground wiring, While they dug the trinch they hit other wires that went to my pound pump.( see photos). Ok. so they thought it was a root when digging, no biggie, but their worker never told the supervisor Mathew. I saw it when I inpected it before they covered it up. I showed it to one of the workers they said they would wrap tape around it. NO that is not how you fix it. I text Mathew and sent him picture he said he was busy and would call me. He Didn't.The next day when I came home they already filled it up. I asked the worker but he did not speak english, He called a supervisor and I talked to him. He said he was working with Mathew and was aware of it and said he had an electrican go out and fixed it before they filled it back up. He gave me the name of the electrican and told me how they fixed it.Two weeks later I bought a new shovel ( workers stole mine ) and dug it up. they did not do a thing to it !.I called A1 plus and told them what happened and I wanted to know why this supervisor LIED ! She said she would find out and call me back, she didn't and she sent another electrican out the next day and he fixed it. I told him the story and he said the company would call me. Nobody ever called me. No apology.The worker should have immediately notifed Mathew.Mathew then should have immediatly called me.Mathew should have made sure it was fixed and inspected it.A1 Plus should have found out why the supervisor lied to me in detail. But they simply do not care.It would take a few years before the wires would corrode and I had problems which would cost a fortune and I would have never had known what A1 Plus did. Makes you wonder about their good reviews what will be happening to there jobs in a few years.They also have not sent me a receipt that I have repeatly asked for.

Brandon Turner did an excellent job replacing and installing our recessed lights. He identified and corrected several existing problems. He was patient, diligent and did not stop working on one specific light that The builder installed incorrectly. He worked on that light more than an hour until it was right! We did not have a surge protector for our home and Brandon informed us about the problems and high costs that would cause. He installed that as well. We now have lights that we will never have to change the bulbs on. We have additional electrical work and we will be requesting Brandon again.

I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and look at the breaker box in my salon. Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. I will use On Time Electric in the future.

Baron was absolutely amazing! We had faulty electrical that wiped out half our home with no lights! He was soo professional and absolutely great at his job! His knowledge and skills of all things electrical were endless! He pays extra attention to every detail and explained everything that he found and fixed, to keep my family safe!! Definitely, will stay with Baron and Mister Sparky for good! They provide the upmost quality care and have reasonable prices! Just can’t say enough about Baron! He has surpassed our expectations! My technician re-diagnosed the problem and found that the root cause was much less expensive than what I had been told. He fixed the REAL problem.

I reached out to multiple companies after an accident at home and Harmony was quick to respond by email (which was convenient) and professional. They heard me out, assured me it would be okay, and triple checked light fixtures for the peace of mind. I will keep their information on hand for anything I may need in the future. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. The employees of the company were great. Jeremy the electrician who came and did the work did an awesome job. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because the work was a bit pricey. Everything else was great.

Ryan was actually 5 minutes early. He was knowledgeable, proficient and honest. He worked methodically and took his time. He answered ALL of my questions and gave me an idea of the cost for additional work I was curious about. I got lucky on this one. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
