Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I originally call to have the drain lines for my AC looked at because they were clogged. Bobby came by the following day, walked everything down for the whole system and come to find out I needed a lot more work right away than expected. They quoted me a price and were there by the end of the week to replace both drains, replace all the ducked work and install two additional cold air returns. This was easily a two day job. There install team finished to project in one day!!! The install team were very informative and polite to answer any question I had. And they ended up doing more work than expected for the same original price. Price and the work were all very good and I’ll recommend these guys to anyone.Great job and thanks guys.
