The initial phone conversation was professional and optimistic. There was a miscommunication via text on my part as I'm not familiar with the processes. I received a friendly phone call explaining everything and scheduled the appointment to upgrade my electrical panel. Very excited for the upgrade as this is my first home and I'm learning as I go!

This service exceeded all my expectations. They didn’t mind that I was picky and made things work perfect. They installed some outlets and fixed some light fixtures. Easy stuff but they’re very professional and super clean. They were a little bit more than a competitor but it was worth it for how good of a job they did compared to the last people I hired.

A little pricey but came the same day and did a fine job. He also inspected other electrical in the house and fixed a minor problem. Courteous and competent!

On time woke done. No hidden cost.

Jeremy first off was right on time. He came in and immediately asked what the problem was. He then proceeded to work on the problem we were experiencing. After carefully going through the process to see exactly where the issue was. He carefully explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us pricing right up front. He then explained that if he in the process of making the repairs ran into any other issues that would change the pricing he originally gave us. He would let us know and show us pictures to better explain before he proceeded with the repair. You could not have asked for better service than that. That kind of service this day and time is a rarity. I would strongly recommend if you need any kind of electrical work done. You definitely will not go wrong choosing Mister Sparky.

The representative they send out was outstanding I would have given a million stars very knowledgeable inform me of the right way to do things in the wrong way to do things as far as all the electrical work that needs to be done an overall great Christian young man. Decent human being.

We had some flickering lights in different rooms. The electrician was able to identify and solve the issue very quickly. He was kind and responsive. The pricing seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend!

USE SOMEONE ELSE. I recently made the huge mistake of using this company. We had several a/c plugs in the laundry room and one on the outside by the back door that quit working. Their electrician spent about an hour trying to find the source of the problem. He never succeeded and insisted on charging around $180 for his time, even though he failed to find and correct the problem. I tried to reach a supervisor or customer service and they wouldn’t even bother to return my call. Ripoff artists....

It's awesome to work for this company. Three months ago, they came and quickly and efficiently installed a light for me. This company was the only one that could get someone out to look at my problem within 24 hours, when everyone else I phoned said it would take at least a week.

The most unprofessional experience I’ve had. They send an extremely rude tech, and charged me $360 for NOTHING. Extremely, extremely unprofessional people and they do not even have the dignity to fix the mess that they’re created. I would recommend staying as far away as possible.

Excellent service and great customer service. Had to get my home up to date with wiring. He gave me an estimated time of completion, explain what all would be done, warranty on parts and service and provided a payment plan. I travel for work and left him the keys to my home for 4 days and everything of importance was never touched or missing. I would recommend his service to single women as he did not try to over price me as well! Will use for all my electrical needs and further project.

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!
