Best Electric Car Charger Installation in Houston TX

I made the mistake of hiring a handyman to install my ceiling fans, nice ones. He broke one and installed it anyway and the story goes on... I called Paul Richard Electric and they were out here the next day. Installed the fans and made new fan boxes for all, because the screw threads on the plastic ones that were there were all but stripped so basically the fans could have fallen from the ceiling at any time. I appreciate the fact that they bothered with the safety factor and didn't treat it like just another job.

My power went off suddenly last night. I reported it to Centerpoint's machine but was never able to reach a real person. No idea whether they were really working on it since none of my neighbors lost power. A-1 Plus answered the phone, scheduled a same-day appointment and was very courteous and responsive. My power came back on before they came and they were very gracious about cancelling. I will definitely call them again.

A truly outstanding representative of the company. Totally satisfied with a job extremely well done. They handled a major electrical problem fast and perfectly ... After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

I was recommended Harmony by the previous home owner - Raoul the electrician arrived on time and went about trouble shooting the issue which he solved within the first hour. He also offered some good general advice which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody else!

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
