Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Mr. Robert V came out for an estimate and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything in detail and was very thorough to give us the correct estimate.

The work they did for us was great!! The technician was on time, very helpful. Work quality was very good. Would definitely recommend them!!

The electrician that came out was very nice and went with me to a couple of places to track down a new timer for my pool pump. He selected the timer and installed it. Now a couple of weeks later my pool company tells me that the wrong voltage timer was installed and this caused my pump motor to burn up. Seeing that this is costing me $525 for a new motor (which was replaced within the last 2 years) I also am having to pay them for the installation of the correct voltage timer which was another $250. When you add in taxes I am having to pay $800 for something that should have cost me perhaps $275. Oh and that is not counting the nearly $200 I paid you. My pool company has recommended that I not use your services again and I have to agree.

We wanted the ugly ceiling box in our kitchen removed. Contacted several places but chose Right Pro based on their reputation. Their prices compared to other high end electrical companies are very competitive, but the work was 100 percent quality.They arrived at the exact time they said they would. We’re incredibly professional and polite, and did everything exactly as they said. The work was flawless! Through out the entire process they would touch base with me to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. I even forgot to buy light bulbs for our pendant light fixture over the island and they ran to Lowe’s and got them for me! They stayed after they were done and showed me how to change the light color, and made sure everything was clean and perfect before going.Seriously, this is the only electrician I’ll use. Didn’t hurt that one of the guys was an Aggie either, Gig ‘em!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
