I’ve recently came across Paul when our other electrician couldn’t make it out for an emergency call. He’s been great. Very helpful and responsive. Even after hours. 100% recommended to get the job done.

From my initial call (at 7am on a Saturday morning) the Right Touch team was responsive, professional and very easy to work with. My initial contact was with Will who gathered information about what prompted my call for service. He listened and offered feedback that helped shape my expectations of what would happen during the initial evaluation of my system. All of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Eli performed the initial inspection of my system and went over my options in detail. He also offered recommendations on how I could best prepare for my upcoming service, which made for a very smooth installation process. Chris and his teammate who handled the instillation and execution of service were just as helpful. He let me ask questions and was very courteous and personable as well.

Honest folks doing good work. Have used them a few times and have recommended to a friend who also is quite happy with the service and cost. 5 stars for sure.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Told Burt what was going on with the house. There was miscommunication and the problem was not taken care of after spending $5300.00. Now they want an additional $1000.00 to fix the problem. That was a deal offered after they quoted me $1600.00 Apparently I need additional work and Bert made a note on the stating I denied the initial work only after asking Burt if what I needed was essential. He said no. So why would I agree to pay $5300 not an additional 1600 to get the electric up to par? I will never use Mr. Electric or their parents sister company Mr. Rooter, who never answers the phone by the way ever again.

I had a great experience with Wired. They came out on a Sunday and fixed the wiring for my water heater. They clearly explained the issue with my wiring and fixed it right away.

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

Ray and Tommy were fantastic and communicative about the process for installing the generator. They did an excellent job installing the various components including a transfer switch and instructing me on how to use the generator. Would highly recommend Brotherlylove for future services.

Had a great experience with this company replacing my GFCI outlet. Oscar did a great job explaining everything and had excellent communication overall. The punctuality and professionalism were greatly appreciated! I will definitely use this company in the future.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Has a great experience With Kevin. He was very professional and went the extra mile when he noticed the person who installed my ceiling fan left a screw missing on the bracket. Kevin took care of the screw and gave me peace of mind my fan wouldn’t fall on me. Great service! Thanks Kevin.

West Houston Electric gave us same day service with knowledgeable personnel. He completed our issue in a timely manner and answered any questions we had about our new home. Would use again.
