We contacted Harmony Electric for help with a rental property. The electrician promptly set an appointment and evaluated the house. He outlined the problems, gave me three options to fix the problems and what each option would require (e.g., labor, cost, time, etc.). We agreed to an option and he completed the work within the week. Not only were we pleased but the renter was happy with the professionalism and quality of work. I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

We are so pleased with our experience using Mr. Electric West. Our company was requested to install pool equipment. There was no room in the electrical panel and we required a master electrician to come install a new subpanel and breakers for the expansion.Our technician, Jeremy F., was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

Oscar and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, gave me quick estimate, negotiated the price and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Very friendly, courteous and cleaned up everything when they finished. I would definitely use them again.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
