Best Commercial Electrical Inspection in Houston TX

Paul came out on the same day that I called him and was very helpful in showing me some of the things that were of concern on a house that I just bough. He said somethings weren’t up to code but it would OK until the electric needed to be redone then it should be done at code. He gave me an estimate on a new panel and was very helpful with a lot of questions that I had about electric problems. I would recommend him. Price seems reasonable and he has a two hour minimum.

Fixed one switch for $2,500 and broke the switch right next to it. Didn't check so I had to figure it out myself. Not worth one dollar, I should have got a full refund but of course that will never happen...

John was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service.

I called Right Touch to come out and look at an issue I was having with a few wall sockets not working. Isaac located the issue and fixed it. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Thankful for Right Touch!!

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

My home seems to have had some DIY electrical work done in the past. I wanted an electrician to help determine that things were safe and correctly done, in addition to changing out some fixtures and switches. The electrician provided by Mr. Electric addressed all my concerns and repaired the problems encountered. Now I'm sure my home is safe and beautiful.

Very helpful staff in person and over the phone. Came out to give us an estimate and was very knowledgeable. Now using them to install ceiling fan.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

I contacted West Houston Electric and they were very responsive. They quickly scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look at the outlets that were not functioning. The electrician that they sent out, Michael, is very experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend the company and him.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

I worked for this company for about a year and a half. When I started I had just gotten into electrical work and I had tons of people who really helped me get going and enjoy the work I was doing. Great place to work for sure

We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked. They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue. When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.

I had a new build and Blake has done all the electrical work. He is very professional and very helpful with my many questions. I just found him in a google search. I would call him again for any electrical needs.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!

This company is exceptional! They are polite, professional, honest and do excellent work. I was extremely impressed. It is very difficult to find a business that operates with integrity. Lutz Electrical Contracting does just that. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I almost never leave reviews, but I felt, after my experience with them, that I must. I want other people to know that there is an electrical contracting company out there that treats their customers respectfully, fairly as well as provides a highly skilled service.
