Best Commercial Electrical Inspection in Houston TX

SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

Technician Javier Murillo went above and beyond to explain the problem and suggest solutions. With a damaged non working water heater, Mr. Murillo diagnosed and fixed the issues within 3.5 hrs and this includes him going to pick up a part.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I came home from work directly to prepare coffee as I usually do in the mornings when I get up late but it turns out that the pipe in my house was damaged, I had no choice but to call the turbo because they have a 24-hour plumbing service to come do the check, they found the damage immediately. I’m very grateful with turbo 100% recommended ??

We had Plumbing issues. Rob from one call came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
He worked diligently until he found out what the problem was. And he did everything in a timely manor.

I have to say I am highly impressed with this company overall and in particular with my technician Jay. Professional, polite and prompt, from the ladies in the office to the technicians...they sent someone out within hours of my call in triple digit heat. The first tech wasn't able to repair my AC that night, but he worked on it until 10:30 pm trying to get it up and running. Jay came out at 11 am the next morning, found the problem, had to make a run to the hardware store and still had it up and running in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I was able to give their company10 stars, I would.

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
